Manchega Tapas Y Vinos was established in the beautiful cathedral city of Ripon in 2016. This cosy, family-run tapas restaurant and wine bar offers a ‘fusion’ of the best in Spanish and South American dining with authenticity and originality at its heart. The perfect addition to any tapas has to be our beautifully soft homemade bread. The bar/restaurant is situated just off the market square at the junction of Duck Hill and the charming Kirkgate; some fifty metres from the ancient cathedral entrance. We pride ourselves in the quality of the Manchegan food, wine, cocktails and all round experience, as our reviews will attest. Come try us out ‘y disfruta!’
